Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Danielle Adamo grew up in West Dundee, IL. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago and went on to earn her doctorate from Kansas State University in 2011. Dr. Adamo worked in the Chicagoland area before joining Dundee Animal Hospital in 2016. She is happy to be serving clients in the community she grew up in and loves! Dr. Adamo feels the most important component of veterinary medicine is open and complete communication with pet owners. She strives to always show clients the utmost compassion towards their petÂ’s healthcare needs, and takes the time to help clients understand the health of their pet. Offering clients the best care and explaining the benefits of preventative medicine help Dr. Adamo achieve her goal to give her patients a longer and healthier life. Dr. Adamo has special interests in exotic pet medicine, internal medicine and surgery. When Dr. Adamo is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as her large extended family that all live in the area. She also enjoys taking her Australian Shepherd mixes, Izzie and Reina, on long hikes in area parks.
