Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lafferty grew up on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in New York City where he attended the prestigious Stuyvesant High School. His family moved to the South and he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Cum Laude in Zoology from the University of Georgia in 1976. Dr. Lafferty then went onto veterinary school at UGA and graduated in 1981. For 34 years Dr. Lafferty has taken care of the pets of the North Fulton area. He is interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine and loves challenging cases. Dr. Lafferty enjoys reading, cycling and traveling with Brenda, his wife of 32 years. Rumsfeld, the Bulldog, comes to work each day with Dr. Lafferty and Segovia, the cat, keeps an eye on Brenda at home
