Veterinarian Overview
After attending Western Kentucky University for his undergraduate degree in Animal Science, Dr. Bishop attended Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. From there he started his first job as an associate at a busy animal hospital in Sandy Springs, GA and remained an associate there for 6.5 years. Recently, he has opened his own practice in the quaint city of Alpharetta, where he has lived for the last 6 years. Dr. Bishop shares his home with his two dogs, Butters and Nadia, his cat, Tink and four turtles. He spends his free time fishing, camping, hiking and relaxing with friends. Dr. Bishop is a member of both the American Veterinary Medical Association and Georgia Veterinary Medical Association. He is also a member of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
