Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kevin Brumfield, a 1997 Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, is originally from Ocean Springs, MS. In addition to his dog and cat patients, Dr. Brumfield has a special interest in exotic animal medicine. He also has a strong interest in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, as well as dentistry. After finishing two externships in exotic animal medicine at Care Animal Hospital in Brandon and Long Beach Animal Hospital in Long Beach, CA, Dr. Brumfield joined Northwood Animal hospital in July, 1997. He and his wife, Lauren own three dogs (two Labrador Retrievers and one Miniature Pinscher). The Brumfields welcomed a daughter, Avery, in January 2006.
