Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Frederick C. Steverson, D.V.M. was born and raised in Tallahassee, Fl. He has had a great deal of exposure to outdoor/farm life, and lots of exposure to animals. In 1983, he graduated Amos P. Godby High School, and went on to attend 2 years at Tallahassee Community College before transferring to Auburn University. Graduating in 1989 with a BS in Zoology, he went on to graduate from Auburn's college of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After 7 years as a mixed (large and small animal) practitioner in a private practice, Dr. Fred Steverson joined us here at BAH, to focus on internal medicine and surgery with a special interest in diagnostic imaging and surgery. Life beyond veterinary medicine includes time with family and children, and anything at all that involves the Great Outdoors! Oh and yes, Dr Fred Steverson and Dr. Steve Steverson are brothers - can you tell?
