Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Phillips grew up working with both Standardbred racehorses as well as Hunters & Jumpers in south Florida. Prior to veterinary school he worked in Marion County with ThoroughbredsÂ’ in training and broodmares.After receiving both his BachelorÂ’s degree and Doctorate from the University of Florida he completed an internship with Equine Medical Center of Ocala. He has rejoined us at EMCO as an ambulatory associate with an interest in both lameness and reproduction.
