Dr. Richard Pitcairn, Veterinary Homeopathy International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, Chinese herbology Bowen Therapy, Therapist I became interested in holistic veterinary medicine 1992 when I realized that there were severe limitations in healing in allopathic medicine, and opened Wholistic Veterinary Care in 1996 to offer my clients an alternative choice for their pets. We offer predominantly classical homeopathic medicine, some acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine and nutritional consultation. My education in veterinary homeopathy continues to date, both through consultations with fellow homeopathic veterinarians and through seminars with human homeopathic instructors as well. I am very much aware of the need to help concerned pet owners become better acquainted with holistic alternatives, and I am available for public speaking to any group or organization
