Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Arsenault is a 1999 graduate of North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Illinois in 2000 and residency in cardiology at Texas A&M University in 2003.
