Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Koss brings to our community the benefits and the perspective of a worldwide education as well as many yearsof experience working with large and small animals. Dr. Koss received his DVM degree in Brazil (UFF-NIT 1988),he is AVMA-ECFVG certified and has practiced in California since 1989. Dr. Koss has dedicated himself mostly to private practice where the focus is on disease prevention and the treatment of pets that are treated as family members. Dr. Koss resides in Thousand Oaks with his wife, Joan, an American who he met in Brazil as a child, their two children and their many pets. His free time is spent with his family, his pets, playing soccer, biking and jogging.
