Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mooney is originally from San Francisco but spent most of her childhood in Calistoga where her family has vineyards. She received her bachelor's degree from Oberlin College, and her DVM from UC Davis. Dr. Mooney's professional interests include small animal surgery, surgical oncology, and pain management. She shares her home with her two dogs (Skipper and Hayden), two cats (Cricket and Sticky) and an ex-racehorse who has been trained as a jumper. When she's not working or out with her dogs she can probably be found at the stables.
