Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sagy is a graduate of the Veterinary School at the University of California, Davis. Prior to completing her veterinary degree she graduated with a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and spent five years in the Bay Area doing stem cell research. While at UC Davis, Dr. Sagy worked in a lab focusing on developing new methods to treat challenging bone fractures. She completed her internship at PetCare Veterinary Hospital in Santa Rosa with a focus on internal medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine. An East Bay native, she loves the outdoors and enjoys rock climbing, hiking, back-packing, and swimming. Dr. Sagy has two cats, a horse, and 3 chickens!
