Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ann-Marie Wolfrum graduated from Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, she received her B.A. in Business and Economics and worked in Detroit and Chicago in market research and in the horse industry. After graduating from veterinary school, she completed a one year equine internship at Pacific Crest Equine in Exeter, CA. She attended the Chi Institute in Ocala, Florida and completed her training as a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist including additional education in advanced acupuncture techniques. Dr. Wolfrum's professional interests lie in performance horse medicine, anesthesia, and acupuncture. Outside of equine practice she enjoys riding her semi-retired Irish Sport horse and hiking with her husband at their new home in the foothills of Palomar Mountain.
