Veterinarian Overview
I graduated with a BS in Human Biology from Stanford University and started my first career as a middle and high school science teacher. After obtaining my masters degree in Education from Harvard I taught for a few more years before deciding to change career paths and apply to veterinary school. I graduated from UC Davis where I was active in both the Shelter Medicine Club and The Orphan Kitten Project. Immediately following graduation I completed a one year small animal internship at Pet Care Veterinary Hospital in Santa Rosa. I continued to work in Sonoma County prior to moving to San Francisco. I have a particular passion for feline medicine, dermatology and emergency medicine but love all aspects of general practice! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, two baby girls and our menagerie of four-leggeds—two adorable canine mutts and three felines
