I was so happy and fortunate to find an emergency hospital for Rocky everyone else was at full capacity, their X-ray was down and/or there was an 8 hour wait.
From the beginning to end our experience was great. Everyone was helpful, caring, compassionate and they all showed how dedicated they are to their job.
Dr. Tanya Cruz was detailed, compassionate and empathetic. She made sure Rocky had the best care she went above and beyond to ensure Rocky was sent home with the best care and medications he needs. I don’t remember the nurses name but she was the nicest nurse.

Dr Cruz saved my dogs life. Wookie was sick back in 2016. Dr Cruz was in San Mateo . We are referred there and I was tired, sick , and scared. Dr Cruz I am forever in your debt. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of Wookie and diagnosing him correctly . I recently called San Mateo location sadly I was told you no longer we there . I was adminmen about you looking at looking at wookies medical records he is slightly sick and you are the only person I trust.
