Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Daniel Avenick is originally from Philadelphia, PA. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from the Pennsylvania State University and his veterinary medicine degree (VMD) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. He stayed at the University of Pennsylvania and completed a year-long small animal rotating internship from 2014-2015, before starting his emergency and critical care residency at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego. Dr. Avenick enjoys all aspects of emergency and critical care with special interests including sepsis mechanical ventilation, and trauma management.
