Veterinarian Overview
Originally from Sangerville, Maine, Dr. Kelly came to California in 2008 to complete her veterinary residency at the University of California, Davis. California life welcomed her, and she has practiced veterinary medicine in the greater Sacramento region ever since. In her spare time, Dr. Kelly can be found walking her dogs in River Park, cycling on the American River Trail, and spinning at the TEAMride Studio in East Sacramento. Dr. Kelly is a field hockey enthusiast and, during hockey season, can be expected to spend Sundays in the Bay Area playing field hockey with other members of the Northern California Field Hockey Association (NCFHA). Springer Spaniels, Rottweilers, and Maine Coon cats hold special places in Dr. Kellys heart; however, as you might expect, her current pet family consists of a mixed group of rescuesfrom Spencer, our 100 lb Lab mix mascot, to CPS, a 3 lb guinea pig.
