Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Fred graduated from the University of Cairo in 1972. He went to Purdue University and Oklahoma State University for his continuing Education.Dr. Fred practiced in Nevada until moving to California in 1999. He purchased El Toro Animal Hospital in 2000 and is still practicing here. His special interestsincludepreventive medicine and soft tissue surgery.Dr. Fred believes all of his patients should be treated with compassion and as if they were his own.Dr. Fred and his staff at El Toro Animal Hospital are like a tight knit family. He takes pride in his work, his employees and all of his patients.
