Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Hughes is one of our mobile surgeons. She was raised in Huntington Beach, but completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College in Massachusetts in 1993. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of California, Davis.She continued her education in specialty surgeries by completing two surgical internships plus a one-year orthopedic research fellowship at Washington State University. Outside of work, the Hughes household is quite active with 5 cats and 2 dogs.
