Veterinarian Overview
Dr Cameron Collins grew up in the Bay Area and attended UC Davis for both his undergraduate degree and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He graduated UCDs School of Veterinary Medicine with honors in 2009. His focus was small animal medicine with special interests in emergency medicine, oncology, and surgery. He worked closely with Dr. Michael Kent and collaborated on cancer research projects while a student. Before joining the SDVC family he worked at a large regional specialty veterinary practice allowing him to bring a wealth of experience and skills back to Davis. In his free time Dr. Collins enjoys being outdoors- hiking, snowboarding (yes, he can land 360s), and skiing. His four legged family includes two cool dogs, Gracie and Colby.
