Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Garcia has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 18 years and graduated from the University of the Philippines. After graduation she did her foreign graduate program at the Purdue University. Once she completed her foreign graduate program, she started practicing in California and then moved up to Oregon. After living and working in Oregon for 6 years, Dr. Garcia and her family decided to move back to California where she has been working ever since.
