Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Durig grew up in the northeast corner of Ohio, but his passion for agriculture and the horse led him to the University of Kentucky in Lexington where he completed a bachelors degree in Agricultural Biotechnology. While in Lexington, he was involved in all aspects of the equine industry including breeding, yearling prep, training, racing, sports medicine and rehabilitation, and internal medicine. In 2011, Dr. Durig returned to Ohio to complete veterinary medical school at The Ohio State University where he graduated top 10% of his class. His professional interests include lameness, internal medicine, and ophthalmology. In his free time he enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and his two dogs
