Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Cortinas grew up in El Paso, TX. After receiving her undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University, she went on to study veterinary medicine at Ross University in the beautiful island of St. Kitts. She completed her clinical year at Oklahoma State University and graduated with her DVM in January of 2006. She moved to Arizona and has been practicing small animal medicine here since 2006. Her area of interest is preventative medicine. When shes not working, Dr. Cortinas enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter as well as their 4 furry babies which consist of 2 Standard Poodles named Buck and Skype, a shepherd mix named Sephora, and a calico kitty named Ikea. They all enjoy travel, photography and spending time with family
