Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mary Marzack was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Even at an early age she knew she would become a veterinarian. Her fondest memories of high school were raising and showing her many FFA projects. Steers, pigs, lambs, rabbits and even chickens lived at some time or another in her neighborhood backyard. Her parents were very facilitating, and her neighbors quite understanding. She began working at a mixed animal veterinary hospital when she was 15. She loved it and continued her employment through her second year of veterinary school. She graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. She moved to Granbury in 1998. Long Creek Animal Hospital was started in 2001 because of her huge desire to continue practicing both large and small animal medicine. An opportunity to purchase another existing mixed animal hospital led to the birth of All Creatures Animal Hospital in 2006. She loves veterinary medicine, and states that she could not imagine her life without the opportunity to make her patients feel better and live longer. As everyone knows, one must have hobbies to remain sane. She enjoys riding her motorcycle with her husband Kenneth and their friends, and relaxing with her horses. She often states, what would life be without the welcoming smile of Black Dog, and she wishes there was more than 24 hours in a day to enjoy each animals joyous and unselfish offerings.
