Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Laurie Higginbotham graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She completed a rotating internship at BluePearl (formerly Florida Veterinary Specialists) in 2008 before moving to Texas. She worked in both general and emergency/specialty practice before joining the team at Terrell Veterinary Clinic in 2015. Her professional interests include emergency and internal medicine in addition to preventative care.
Dr. Higginbotham has three dogs (Emma, Maya, and Quigley) and two cats (Smudge and Violet). She enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and two children, horseback riding, and cheering on the Duke Blue Devils during basketball season.
