Rebecca was born in Charleston, SC. She spent five years in Youngstown, Oh before the family moved to Florence, SC, where she grew up. Rebecca has been practicing on Hilton Head Island since 1998. Because of her passion for her patients and clients, she opened her practice on the south end of Hilton Head Island in 2004 to better serve the community. Rebecca lives in Bluffton with her daughter, Grace, who is 7. Grace regularly accompanies her mother on her veterinary emergency calls. Rebeccas step-daughter, Tina, has recently started college. Rebecca has rescued a variety of dogs, to include a Beagle, German Shepard, Australian Shepard, and Great Dane. She currently has two rescues; Crystal, a Pitt Bull and Cookie, a Chihuahua. Yes, the Chihuahua rules the house. Rebecca also has the pleasure of being owned by three cats that are now in their senior years. Rebecca spends her off time adventuring with her daughter, working in her garden, ballroom dancing, and enjoying the company of friends.
