Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Seelaus always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian, even from an early age. She found any way she could to work with animals from working in a boarding and grooming facility, to being a pet nanny and working as a veterinary assistant. Dr. Seelaus grew up in Souderton with her parents, 3 younger siblings and a menagerie of animals. She earned her bachelors degree in Small Animal Science from Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. From there she went on to recieve her DVM degree from Kansas State University in 2012. Dr. Seelaus joined the Ark Animal Hospital team in 2015. She particularly enjoys client education, feline medicine, and fostering the special relationship between owner and pet. Dr. Seelaus currently lives in Telford, with her cats and a coconut retriever named Dingo. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, visiting consignment shops, cooking and hiking.
