Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Tonya Curtis graduated from Ross University school of Veterinary Medicine. She is one of two staff Veterinarians at PAHC dedicated to your pets care. She has enjoyed small animal medicine for 19 years and has special interests in endocrinology, neurology and critical care medicine. Dr. Curtis enjoys her âkidsâ at home all of which have four legs and are covered in fur. PAHC is an extension of Dr. Curtisâ vision of veterinary care. She moved to Mount Dora and opened the hospital in 2006. âWhat we do here is very important to me. Veterinary medicine is my first love, saving lives and stomping out disease is what it is all about. Doing that with compassion is so very rewarding.â What about outside of âworkâ? She enjoys boating, water sports and anything funny or entertaining.
