Veterinarian Overview
Dr Gallardo is originally from Utah, but attended UC San Diego. He majored in animal physiology and neuroscience and performed neurophysiology research at the UCSD medical school on Parkinson's Disease. He then attended veterinary school at Cornell University in New York from 1997-2001, followed by a post doctoral internship at Texas A&M University. Since then, he has split his time between practicing veterinary medicine in Oregon and California, with a special interest in urgent care, emergency medicine and complementary medicine. One of his greatest passions and achievements has been starting non-profit fundraising and awareness programs for small business women in Myanmar (Burma) and the refugees from Syria living in Lebanon.
