Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Rising is the Chief Medical Officer and has been with E. A. Hawse Health Center since 2001. Dr. Rising graduated from the University of Illinois in 1966 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. In 1969 he obtained is Masters in Science from Perdue University and in 1990 he graduated from The University of Illinois with his M.D. degree. Dr. Rising sees patients in the Baker, West Virginia location.
