Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Briscoe is a native of Chicago. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas and her DVM degree from Tuskegee University. She is a retired Army Veterinary Corps Officer who is board certified in anatomic pathology. After retiring in the Hampton Roads area, she became interested in working in an animal shelter.
