I am writing this review because this vet made very poor judgment in sending my mother's dog home leaving it to die hours later. While Dr. Morris was not the caring Vet he followed up and claimed the dogs vitals were fine at the time that they release the animal. What's important to understand is the dog went in with the ability to not be able to breathe and blue gums. Clearly the dog was lacking oxygen so they placed her in an oxygen tank overnight. Sent her home the next day based on vitals signs ONLY!!! Low At no time did they check her heart to see if she was in congestive heart failure, or take her out and monitor her outside of the oxygen tank for a period of time to see whether or not her oxygen levels would drop. Furthermore, While loading the animal, my mother said to the vet, the dog was not breathing right and the vet indicated the dog was. The dog ended up passing away later that evening while my mother held her. She called Dr. Morris and Dr. Morris extended his condolences and said vitals were fine. That's why we sent it home. It is clear that this Vet did not do the proper procedures and checks to see what was causing the dog to have a build up of fluids which was Restricting her oxygen. That vet is absolutely terrible. $500 bill and a dead dog. I am so disgusted at the service and care they provided a long time customer. It's clear it's all about money for them. There are other vets in the area do not use this vet!!!
