Veterinarian Overview
Katie attended Texas Tech University for her undergraduate work and majored in wild life management. While at Tech, Katie volunteered at South Plains Wildlife Rehab Center. She started working at FVC in the summer of 2009 on a part-time basis. Katie continued to work at Frenship Vet Clinic through her undergraduate time at Tech. Katie was accepted to Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and moved to College Station in the fall of 2010. Katie continued coming home for the summers and working at the clinic.Katie had a busy finish to her school days at A&M. She passed her board exams, graduated as a DVM, moved home, married Daniel Ford and started to work as a veterinarian at Frenship Vet Clinic in June of 2014.Katie and Daniel have three dogs, Maggie, Cooter, and Jimmy, as well as two cats, Tommy and Georgia.
