I am talking about Dr. Oscar Ramirez III DVM, DACVR
I was told that he was supposedly there, and performed a Cardiac Ultrasound on my long hair cat, without to shave her chest, as the Cypress Falls Animal Hospital told me, that Dr. Ramirez said it is not necessary to shave the chest. Any real doctor will tell you for a Cardiac Ultrasound the chest has to be shaved. I want it in writing from Dr. Ramirez that it does not have to be done.
I found out it has to be done to do an Cardiac Ultrasound.
I did not see or hear this Dr. Ramirez at all, I don't think he was there, but I got charged for a Cardiac Ultrasound from Cypress Falls Animal Hospital, I informed them about it, but they refuse to return the money, they said it was legitimate. Also they said he would be there around 12:30pm and then supposedly he arrived at almost 6pm, like I said, I did not see or hear that person, to me, he was not there.
