Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sara Denk received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2015 and completed a one year clinical rotation at Iowa State University. Dr. Denk grew up in Chicago and prior to attending Veterinary school worked at the Chicago Board of Trade and also as a dog trainer. She has a strong interest in Veterinary Behavior Medicine and hopes to specialize in behavior in the future. Dr. Denk moved to San Antonio with her Rottweiler Tonka, mixed breed Sage, and her cat Marcus. She enjoys staying active, working out, and playing sports including soccer, basketball, and volleyball. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
