I recommend against using this clinic. My daughter lost two of her lifelong horses here within a month of each other. I was just looking back at other reviews that said they received personal letters after their losses, but that was not our experience. They did make sure to get the bills to her though. After nearly 10k was paid for hospitalization of our deceased horses, Dr. Ben Buchanan told my daughter to not bring any more horses there in the future. She is beyond devastated. She trusted this man with her horses of 23 and 25 years. He witnessed her pain, but he still felt the need to tell her not to come back. It is very upsetting to read his message after seeing her ongoing pain and grief. She has already lost so much. Why does he feel the need to tear her down further?
