Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and offered her recommendations without being pushy. Picked up on previous medical issues not discussed…very impressive. Communicated concerns, and recommendations in a very positive manner. Extremely impressed by her ability to manage my dogs issues as well as my concerns in a kind professional manner.

Amanda was on duty at Blue Pearl ER in Lewisville. Without any diagnostics and knowing that we asked about Blue Pears financial assistance, she reported him as poor likely outcome, making us ineligible for funds. That’s was July. He is still alive and has been through hell because of this. His eyes where bleeding, busted lip when we demanded our pup back after 9 hours of no treatment other than saying his being terrified is “seizures”. He does not have seizures. She was very offended when ask how she came to a prognosis without a diagnosis, much less no imaging, no bloodwork, no UA, no complete nose to tail assessment. Blue Pearl admitted this care was malpractice knowing audio recording was being done. Now Blue Pearl suddenly never heard of Dr Randle. Our case is under review by out of state resources to determine our next actions. It seems almost every vet in Dallas area is a Tx A
