Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Perteet received a doctorate of veterinary medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2011. She relocated to the metroplex after graduation and has been working in the area providing routine, surgical, and emergency services at a mixed animal practice ever since. She joined the CVSEC ER and Critical Care Team in 2016. Her professional interests are in feline medicine, ultrasound, soft tissue surgery, and wound care. In her spare time, she loves spending time outside and exploring new places with her Australian shepherd, Rowdy. She enjoys living in the country with three cats and two horses.
