Veterinarian Overview
Dr. John A. Shelby graduated from Texas A & M Veterinary College in 1994 the same year he married his wife Suzanne. He has two daughters, Victoria and Abigail. He has two Portuguese Water Dogs, Lola and Sassy, as well as 3 cats, Rain, Gally and Crystal. He purchased Long Drive Dog and Cat Hospital in July 1996 from Dr. Leo Slatko who established the practice around 1950. He loves practicing Small Animal Medicine with a passion for surgery. He is very fond of the quick pace of Long Drive as it utilizes his skill of multi-tasking.
