Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Trudy Smith is an associate veterinarian at AFAEH. She has worked here full time since 2007. She was born and raised in the DFW metroplex and chose to return home after graduation from vet school. Dr Smith always had an interest in animals and veterinary medicine growing up. She started working at a local vet clinic in high school in the kennel, worked her way up to a technician and continued as a technician through college. She was accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M in 1998 and graduated in May 2001.
