Veterinarian Overview
Richard Rafferty earned 3 degrees with high honors from Texas A&M. B.S. in Poultry Science, M.S. in Immunology,and DVM (Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine Class of 1993) Following an externship at the Houston Zoo he came to Austin to begin a career in companion animal medicine. Over the next few years he narrowed his focus to specialize exclusively in canine and feline internal medicine and soft tissue surgery.
