Veterinarian Overview
Dr Faggioni grew up in Atlanta the son of a dentist where science and biology spurred his interest at a young age. After graduating from high school he worked various jobs in Atlanta before enrolling at the University of Georgia in Athens. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology. After graduation he worked rebuilding Vintage Vespas before enrolling in the Veterinary School at the University of Georgia. Once he finished his doctorate in Veterinary Medicine he completed a rotating internship at Friendship Hospital for Animals in Washington, DC., where he stayed on as a staff doctor for 7 years. While in D.C. he met his wife, an Austin native. She eventually convinced him to move to the Lone Star State. He moved to Austin in 2013 and shortly there after starting working at Austin Vet Hospital. He now lives in Windsor Park. When he is not working he can be found working in their yard, walking their dog Luke, playing golf and exploring great restaurants with his wife.
