Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Knight is a native Nashvillian. She received her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Austin Peay State University in 2004. She then attended Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2008. During veterinary school she completed externships at Southtrail Animal Hospital in Ft. Myers, Florida and Hillsboro Animal Hospital in Nashville, TN. Dr. Knight began working at Pleasant View Animal Hospital in 2008. Shortly after she got engaged to her husband Ron - he was wearing a Dalmatian costume in the 4th exam room. They now have a son (Corbin) and Dr. Knight's step-son (Isaac). They also have a house full of fur babies: the Golden girls Honey and Cassie, and the kitty boys Gandolph and Theo. When not at work Dr. Knight enjoys going to the Nashville Zoo (so Corbin can see "his" animals) and planning their next family vacation (usually to Maine).
