Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ian OConnor is a Knoxville native and a 2003 graduate of Halls High School. After earning a Biology degree while playing football at Marshall University, he returned home to attend The University of Tennessee Veterinary Medical Center. He graduated from UT in 2011 and began working in Morristown where he first met Dr. Reel. Dr. OConnor enjoys challenging cases and being able to work on a variety of species. He currently serves as a board member for the Morristown-Hamblen Humane Society. He loves spending time with his wife and chasing around their two small children. Their family also includes three cats (Jules, Jiles, & Ziggy) and two dogs (Ellie and John Lennon).
