Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Toby Erlichman graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. She has been the proud owner of the Animal Hospital of Chester County since 1998. Here she is able to pursue her professional interests in small animal care, along with providing specialized attention to small mammals and birds. She is extremely skilled in avian and small mammal medicine and surgery, and enjoys working with wildlife, as well as pets. Dr. Erlichman is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association, the Association of Avian Veterinarians, the Association of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians, and the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians. After serving for over twelve years, Dr. Erlichman recently retired from the Board of Directors of Tri-State Bird Rescue & Research in Newark, DE. Dr. Erlichman is on the Board of Directors of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America and shares her home with 3 dogs, 2 cats and a parrot. Her son Matthew attends medical school.
