Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Sarah Barefoot is an associate veterinarian at Veterinary Medical Center. She joined the practice in June 2012.Dr. Barefoot grew up on a farm in Duncansville, PA, and always had a house full of pets. She attended Thiel College, where she majored in chemistry. She went on to attend Ohio State for her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine andgraduated in 2012. Of being a veterinarian, she says, "I love the idea of doing something different every day and being an advocate for animals."Dr. Barefoot has two cats: Gibbs and Gomer. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, singing and traveling.
