First your office should be open to the public. You don't get to talk to the vet. They only call you by phone to make sure you have enough money to pay the bill. She called my cat lethargic on her report. My cat was totally unresponsive. Her report said phenobarbital overdose. The tech showed the report that said within the normal range.
