Veterinarian Overview
Dr. David Nickel grew up on his familys farm on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, where at an early age he helped at his fathers veterinary practice. In 1998 he earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the College of William and Mary. Dr. Dave earned his DVM degree from the University of St. Georges College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and has worked as a veterinarian in the Central New York area since. Dr. Dave lives in Cold Brook, NY and is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys, snowshoeing in the high peaks, hiking, cross country skiing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. He also enjoys spending time with his three labs, Hobbes, Griffis and Kilby.
