Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Elyse Shine is a native of Toronto, Canada. She is a 2014 graduate of the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary studies in Edinburgh, Scotland. Before returning to her roots in the UK for vet school she obtained a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree at the University of Guelph. Prior to joining Buffalo Small Animal Hospital she worked in an emergency clinic, however her passion lies in the small animal office environment. Her professional interests are in anesthesia and pain management. Dr. Shine shares her home with 2 retired greyhounds, a rescue dog from Jamaica and 3 cats.
