Veterinarian Overview
I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, where I completed my Bachelors in Veterinary Science Degree in 2001. My husband and I moved to the United States in 2003 where we both attended the University of Nevada, Reno. I graduated from UNR with a Masters Degree in Science, small animal nutrition was my focus of study. We Moved to Elko in 2005, telling ourselves that we would be back in Reno within 2 years... Eleven years, 2 kids, and 2 rescued cats later...we feel so happy and blessed to call Elko home. With demanding jobs and even more demanding children, we find ourselves finding a balance between work and play (fishing, sports, camping), handing out with new friends from all over the world, traveling and learning about this amazing place and its people.
