Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Carriera earned her B.A. in Biomathematics from Rutgers College and Rutgers University, and in 2001, graduated with a V.M.D. degree from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
With almost 14 years of experience in emergency medicine and surgery, and in small animal practice in Boston, MA and in New Jersey, Dr. Carriera joined us here at the Animal Hospital of Sussex County in January 2015. She remains a staff doctor for the Emergency Service at Crown Veterinary Specialists in Lebanon, NJ. Dr. Carriera lives in Sussex County with her children, husband, and dog, Porkchop.
